Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Gods & Kings reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline your order for any reason at our absolute discretion. * No order is officially locked until a formal confirmation email is sent from our system.

All pricing, drops, and capsule discounts are subject to shift without notice. The locked price charged for an item will be the exact live price documented at the precise second your order hits checkout. You agree to provide flawless, accurate, and completely updated credit card or payment gateway data for all transactions. You warrant that you are fully authorized to execute charges using the provided payment method, and that any incurred costs will be fully honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, LOGISTICS, & RISK

All estimated delivery windows are strictly approximations. Gods & Kings is not liable for structural delays caused by transit carriers, port customs, or global logistics disruptions outside our direct control. The absolute moment your package is signed over to our designated shipping carrier, the legal title and full risk of product loss passes entirely to you.

However, all consumer contracts, transactions, and product obligations are made strictly with Gods & Kings. You explicitly acknowledge that Shopify carries zero responsibility for fulfillment, product quality, or physical liabilities, and you permanently release Shopify from any transaction disputes.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY & TRANSMISSION DATA

Your personal security is governed completely by our system Privacy Policy. Because our server environment is hosted by Shopify, your critical transaction logs, device metrics, and data packets will be securely transmitted across domestic and international server networks to guarantee optimal performance. SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK, SUBMISSIONS, & PUBLIC REVIEWS

If you submit product reviews, brand suggestions, content tags, or creative ideas ("Feedback"), you grant Gods & Kings an unrestrictive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to utilize, edit, publish, and commercially distribute that content across any modern medium.
